FOR ALL STUDENTS: Getting Started Information

Things to do:

1. In the Welcome Email 

   • Complete the Onboarding Survey Link

   • Complete the PHI and Covid statement link
   • Review the Your CN EMR Access pdf
   • Review the Elective Specifics pdf
   • (Sept-May) Send Flu Verification and Declination Form before you start to oh@childrensnational.org
2. Review Info about Badges and Offsite Parking
3. Review the hospital maps - (About Children's) 
4. Use your personal laptop / smart device all EMR access via Remote.cnmc.org 

Use Children's ChildrensMobile Wi-Fi for all EMR and network applications.  BearAir Wi-Fi can be used for personal email access.  

• GW MS4 students taking multiple Peds electives will be Extended for another year
• GW MS4 and Howard students will be renewed until your last rotation end date.

High Value Care Students will not need to do the following:

• Create a SailPoint account
• Get a CN Badge
• Send in your flu verification
• Complete the EMR training.
